Regional HR Business Partner (f/m/d) Bobenheim- Roxheim

We are looking for an experienced team member with a generalist HR view, innovative approaches, creative drive and business partner mentality for our production plant in Bobenheim-Roxheim (near Mannheim) on a full-time or part-time basis.

Your mission 

As a regional HR Business Partner, you represent the HR department at the location and advise and enable the local management team with competence, commitment and foresight at eye level and efficiently implement HR measures in practice: 

  • You implement state-of-the-art solutions in all HR matters - strategically, operationally and in terms of labour law; this in cooperation with the international HR team, on-site administrative support and on the basis of digital HR processes and tools.  
  • You also recruit, retain and develop highly committed and qualified employees who share our FRoSTA DNA and participate in employer branding initiatives accordingly. 
  • You will implement attractive working conditions and concepts, initiate and support change processes and help shape our corporate culture. 
  • You ensure that FRoSTA complies with all legal, moral, social and economic requirements in every respect and work together with employee representatives in a spirit of partnership and trust. 
     

Your ingredients for success 

  • A degree in business administration - preferably with a focus on personnel management or human resource management - or comparable apprenticeship with relevant professional experience 
  • Practical experience in operational HR work in a manufacturing company as well as knowledge of processes and best-practice approaches 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labour law as well as a proactive and solution-oriented approach to engage in dialogue 
  • Very good English skills for working in an international team and affinity for digital processes
