Key Account Manager (f/m/d)

In our Sales team we are looking for a new communicative, proactive colleague as Key Account Manager (f/m/d) for north Italy.

 

FRoSTA SRL is part of an international group and operates in the FMCG - Frozen Food market with the brands FRoSTA and La Valle degli Orti. We are a 100% defined through our brand claim "100% La Scelta Naturale". As Key Account Manager (f/m/d) you work in close cooperation with National Account Management, you design and implement the coordinated sales plans for main customers that reflect our strategy and meet or exceed company goals.

 

Your tasks

With deep understanding of FMCG and knowledge of GDO, DO customers you will participate in the development of the overall business strategy to achieve company objectives and contribute to our annual business plan.

  • In your daily business you will support existing and potential customer base in order to further develop the FRoSTA brand & gaining market share in Italy, be their primary point of contact and build long-term relationships:
    • Therefore you will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and respond to customer requests and needs to resolve issues including product orders or payment issues.
    • Corporately you will develop the assortment and its promotion and ensure not only our product portfolio strategy at POS but also our excellence in execution at POS of Store Design and Visual Merchandising according to our brand guideline.
    • Also, the negotiation and definition of sales agreement with customers, in line with economic objectives, and supervision of the implementation of agreements will be in your hands.
    • Your customers will be relying on your forecast plan for each SKU, your management of the P&L targets, your monitoring and analysis of customer's and competitor's trends.
  • With your monthly reporting and dashboards on retail & product sales KPIs you will communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external participants.

 

Your skills

  • You hold a university degree or high school diploma.
  • Within your career (at least 2 to 3 years in a similar position) you have gained experience as product or sales force sell out in the branded goods sector of the FMCG industry.
  • You show strong interest in modern sales, food and sustainability issues and a high motivation for success.
  • You are a communicative teamplayer with high level of reliability and integrity and strong leadership skills.
  • You show strong negotiation skills, your approach is results driven.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English, other languages knowledge will be a plus.
  • You like the prospect of extensive travelling, as soon as it will be appropriate concerning COVID-19.
