For our SCM Resource Management department at our plant Bydgoszcz we are looking for a reliable colleague (f/m/d)  as

Production Planner 

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Plan short term production using SAP PP/DS, including alignment on production shifts and resource requirements.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production and inventory  targets.
• Adress and resolve any production-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, operations, quality and logistics, to ensure efficient process of orders planning.
• Analyze production related data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure administrative compliance of the production plan with foods safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and achieve KPI targets related to capacity utilization, inventory and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvements in production planning process.

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, (Technical) Business Administration, Logistics, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, ideally in FMCG.
• Experience in using ERP (e.g., SAP S4) and supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, APO).
• Strong skills in cross-functional communication and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in Polish and English; additional knowledge of German is a plus.
• Analytical, data-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Goal oriented and like challenges.
