People Processes and Systems Architect (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• You ensure fast workflows and approvals for all parties related to processes to secure transparency and efficiency
• You optimize People & Culture processes to reduce errors
• You create a positive and seamless employees experience via modern digital tools
• You support change management and drive digital adoption via participation and  implementation in projects

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• You hold a university degree in area of Human Resources Management or Business Administration management or similar
• You have gained at least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, business processes and/or digital transformation
• You are experienced in analyzing, simplification and creating effective business processes
• You bring a good knowledge of trends in human resources, change management and organizational culture with an open mindset
• You are fluent in English and in using digital tools
• You are eager to learn and curious about new things e.g. usage AI
