Operational Warehouse Lead

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• As Operational Operations Lead you supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity and shipping
• You are recruiting, training, and developing warehouse staff to ensure Service Level Agreements end efficiency targets are met
• You are monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy and labour productivity and providing regular reports to management
• You are ensuring compliance with legal, health and safety regulations and implementing best practices to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff
• You are Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
• You ensure a close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as production, QA, technical support and manage local external service providers

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Professional education in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area
• People management experience, experience in leadership in warehouse environment
• Good knowledge of English speaking and writing
• Knowledge of our WMS system Prostore
• You are conceptually strong and have a can do - mentality
• You have an independent, structured way of working and strong numerical reasoning skills
• You know how to visualize concepts and ideas
