For our two-year "Next Generation Trainee Program" we are looking for a motivated and qualified graduate who will grow with us. The program - based in Bremerhaven - is geared towards a long-term collaboration and starts in fall 2023.

Our dish = Your tasks

From consumer demands to production – operations and supply chain management at FRoSTA are characterized by rapid changes that merges within agile plan to produce process consumer needs with optimum use of different types of company resources. We buy our ingredients worldwide, produce at four locations in Germany and Poland, and sell our products throughout Europe. You accompany us in this process:

• You can deepen your knowledge of our supply chain and production processes as well as gain insights into our processes of our teams stakeholders.
• You will continuously contribute to innovative concepts to further increase our efficiency in terms of plan to produce process.
• As a team member in Operations and Supply Chain Management, you will take on responsibility right from the start and work independently on exciting projects, the results of which you will also present to management.
• Your program will include few months at our different locations: This will allow you to get to know our company even better in all its diversity and to build up a valuable network.

Your ingrediens = Our success  

• A master's degree in production engineering  or economics/ supply chain management,
• Initial work experience in materials procurement, merchandise management or logistics management, in the form of internships lasting several months and preferably in the FMCG industry
• A strong interest in food production, procurement markets and supply chains
• Open-mindedness, social and intercultural competence and ideally first international experience

• A creative and solution-oriented mindset as well as the ability to inspire and convince
• Strong communication skills, also in English, for cross-departmental cooperation - knowledge of Polish is an advantage, but not a must
• Very high level of initiative, ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility
