Trainee - Sales & Marketing (f/m/d)
For our two-year "Next Generation Trainee Program" we are looking for a motivated and qualified graduate who will grow with us. The program - based in Hamburg or Bremerhaven - is geared towards a long-term collaboration and starts in fall 2023.

The marketing and sales departments at FRoSTA actively contribute to the success of the business and work as part of a team on the nutrition of the future. Look #behindthescenes - be part of our dynamic team to develop innovative and promising concepts; based on the latest food trends, this is where the ideas for sustainable FRoSTA products are created.
- As a team member in the marketing or sales department, you will take on responsibility right from the start and work independently on exciting projects, for which you will share responsibility for implementation and present the results to management.
- In collaboration with the in-house Content Factory in our Hamburg office, you will be involved in the conception, creation and implementation of content formats for our channels - working closely with influencers and food bloggers, to optimally reach our target group.
- Contributing to business success - we are inspired by the latest food trends, keep a close eye on the markets and consistently implement our growth strategy.
- In the product development department you will get to know the heart of our company: our successful ready meals, vegetable pans, fish products and much more.
- You will support our key account managers in your cooperation with our most important customers and prepare annual meetings, offers and price negotiations.
Your ingrediens = Our success
- A master's degree in economics with a focus in business administration, marketing & sales management, or a comparable
- First practical experience preferably in the form of internships lasting several months and ideally in the FMCG industry
- Willingness to travel, ideally initial experience abroad and required high level of communication skills, also in English
- Openness to accept new challenges and courageous implementation of innovative ideas
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset as well as the ability to inspire and convince
- Very high level of initiative, ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility
