Controlling @FRoSTA means actively contributing to business success as a business partner. Our job is to present the current business situation with the most important influencing factors in a simple way and to evaluate possible alternative actions on the basis of risks and opportunities. In controlling, we see ourselves as co-pilots and create the basis for better and faster management decisions.

- Learn to understand the business behind the numbers and work with a wide variety of departments to successfully implement suitable key performance indicators.
- Take responsibility from the start, work independently on your own projects and present the results to the management.
- As part of our international team, which is spread across sites in Germany, Poland and Italy, your trainee program will include stays of several months at one of our foreign locations: for a very diverse and at the same time deep insight into our company and a valuable professional network.
