For our plant in Bremerhaven, we are looking for a motivated project manager to support us in the implementation of projects in production.

Project Manager Production & Technology (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together.

In this position, you can play an active role in shaping the future of our plant. Together with our project management team, you will take on exciting projects relating to digitalization and automation and optimize our processes!

• You will record the status quo, monitor financial and operational KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our processes and recommend measures to achieve the set targets.
• You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and management of various projects, including budget responsibility.
• You will put together a team of experts for the projects, coordinate the assignments and act as an interface between internal and external service providers.
• You will also transfer the best-practice approaches gained to our other plants and support the project teams on site.

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out.

• Successfully completed studies in the area of production technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience as a project manager in a manufacturing company and knowledge of agile and hybrid project management methods desirable
• Fluency in English for team-oriented communication with all project participants
• Analytical skills, affinity for numbers and very good Excel skills
• Conceptual strength - you know how to visualize ideas
• An independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to travel for regular visits to our plants
