YOUR MISSION AT FROSTA

• You actively support our sales managers in customer care - customer set-up, sales processing and master data maintenance are among your tasks.
• In terms of customer satisfaction, you always maintain direct contact and thus ensure optimal order processing.
• With your commercial know-how, you prepare price agreements and create overviews, statistics and sales reports.
• You reliably maintain product master data, check the availability of goods and coordinate the shipment of samples for the customer, including correspondence.
• In your interface function you also work closely with internal departments such as Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, etc.
• Office organisation 

THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS YOU BRING WITH YOU:

•  Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk or office management clerk.
•  Ideally experience as a sales representative or commercial clerk in sales / sales management or purchasing, preferably in the B2B environment of the food industry / FMCG sector.
• Experienced handling of MS Office and SAP
• A good command of written and spoken English
• Approachable and service-oriented communication
• A strong sense of organisation
• Enjoy teamwork
