"On the first of March 2018 I started as a trainee at FRoSTA. I was so excited! Right from the start, I took on exciting and challenging projects, carried out market research on my own responsibility and presented my results to the management.
Since then, every purchase in the supermarket has become a special experience for me. There are so many impressions and innovative ideas that I would like to collect. And that's exactly what makes this profession so special for me – the closeness to the product!
For example, in projects in which I work with my team colleagues on recipe optimization or packaging relaunches, I work so closely with our products. I really enjoy this and I like this -drive- in business!"

After successfully completing the trainee program, you have the best prerequisites for taking on challenging tasks at FRoSTA with the prospect of promotion to management.
Story: Direct Entry
"I took my first step towards FRoSTA AG on 1.1.2000 in the then "New Technologies" department. From then on, I went through many departments and mastered exciting tasks, some of which were filled with hurdles.
After I was active in the "Technologies" department, I changed to the product development of ready meals. I then gained a foothold in quality assurance and became Department Manager of the Bremerhaven site. In my next role I got to know a completely different area, the out-of-home market and industrial business of FRoSTA Foodservice. Here I worked as a Key Account Manager. After all these different experiences, I quickly realized that my heart beats for research and development. In this department I took over the management of the entire FRoSTA AG.
The motivation to make a difference, the team spirit and the desire to take responsibility for great tasks and projects still drive me to my work every day. We are oriented towards the future and want to change. This also characterizes my work today: I regularly deal with trends and their effects on FRoSTA AG."
