Within our SCM Logistics department, we are looking for an experienced professional with a desire for creative perspectives for our location in Bydgoszcz who starts at the earliest possible date.

 

Customer Service Manager

 

Your tasks: We make the difference together

  • As Customer Service Manager you supervise daily operations of the Customer Service department, including recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to ensure Service Level Agreements end efficiency targets are met
  • You are shaping the strategic goals, aligning Customer Service operations with business objectives and driving our digitalization initiatives
  • You are developing policies, processes, and standards to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • You are interacting with customers to manage requests and complaints promptly, maintaining strong relationships to foster business partnership
  • You are monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance, compiling reports, and identifying areas for improvement
  • You are coordinating with other departments, such as sales and transportation, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
  • You lead the team in resolving critical issues or escalations, ensuring minimal impact on customer relations

 

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

  • You have professional education in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area
  • You have experience in people management and leadership in larger teams
  • You have good knowledge of English speaking and writing
  • You are conceptually strong and have a can do - mentality
  • You have an independent, structured way of working and strong numerical reasoning skills
  • You know how to visualize concepts and ideas
