The program - based in Bremerhaven or Hamburg - is geared towards a long-term collaboration and starts in fall /winter 2026.
Trainee – Supply Chain Management (f/m/d)
Your tasks: We make the difference together
As part of our Next Generation Trainee Program in Supply Chain Management, you will work primarily on strategic projects and initiatives that shape our international supply chain of tomorrow.
- You work on strategic and operational projects across different business functions with a focus on business performance, efficiency and continuous improvement
- You take responsibility for defined project workstreams and gradually manage your own cross-functional initiatives in an international environment
- You analyze business processes, data and performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities and translate insights into concrete recommendations for decision-makers
- You collaborate closely with colleagues from Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, Quality, IT and Commercial to drive cross-functional solutions
- You prepare presentations, decision papers, business cases and management summaries for senior stakeholders
- You actively contribute to transformation initiatives such as digitalization, process standardization, sustainability and operational excellence
- You build a strong internal network and develop an end-to-end understanding of FRoSTA AG's value chain
- You bring in fresh perspectives, challenge existing ways of working constructively and help turn ideas into practical, value-adding solutions
Your profile: We like what makes you stand out
- You have successfully completed a master’s degree in business administration, management, supply chain, logistics, economics, data analytics, information systems or a comparable field
- You have gained first practical experience through internships, student jobs or project work, ideally within FMCG, food production, supply chain, procurement, operations or consulting
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy structuring complex topics, identifying opportunities and developing practical solutions
- You combine a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with curiosity, ownership and a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop
- You bring excellent communication skills and feel confident collaborating with stakeholders across functions, locations and cultures
- You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
- You are willing to travel and enjoy working in an international environment
- You are passionate about sustainability, digital transformation and continuous improvement and are motivated to actively contribute to shaping the future of our business
