For our department People & Culture at our plant in Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Lommatzsch or Bobenheim-Roxheim we are looking for a Process & Systems Architect (f/m/d) who starts on a permanent basis as soon as possible.

Process & Systems Architect - Key User Payroll & Time Management  (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Administer and continuously improve our SAP ECP and ATOSS processes in close collaboration with business departments and process & Systems Architects
• You act as a Key User for our time management and payroll systems, supporting colleagues across multiple locations with functional and system-related questions
• Analyze business requirements, test and implement system changes, and support releases as well as project activities
• Ensure high data quality and identify opportunities for optimization within the time management and payroll systems
• You provide guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to end users, helping them make the most of our systems

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Experience in payroll administration, workforce/ time management, or a comparable role within People & Culture/ Human Resources
• Strong affinity for systems and enjoy working with digital processes and HR technologies
• Experience with SAP EDCP and/or ATOSS is an advantage, not mandatory, willingness to learn
• Analytical and structured way of working, with an interest in understanding how processes and systems interact
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel, regular presence in Bremerhaven is desirable
