Machine & System Integrator Specialist (MES) (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• You ensure complex customer issues are promptly addressed, documented and resolved in a timely and professional manner consistent with the highest customer service and professional / technical standards
• Assistance during IT and DTO project executions and solving IT problems like printers (standard, label), network, server, PC and tools etc.
• You assist as a technical advisor, providing front telephone, remote desktop, and on-site desktop support for system users with complex issues by resolving or conferring with the appropriate technical or systems personnel
• Supporting the production staff’s administration of electronic batch records and managing internal MES development efforts in accordance with established IT procedures
• You maintain daily tickets and reports to ensure the highest service levels are continued
• The communication with global IT Service to align with the global format and structure
• You brief customers concerning the management on the status of current resolution efforts and attend daily/weekly meetings

YOUR SKILLS:

• You hold a university degree in engineering with the focus on Automation & Robotics, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
• Within your career you have gained 2+ year’s progressively responsible experience, demonstrating in-depth working knowledge with a broad range of desktop support technology and best practices
• You bring a good knowledge of ITIL processes
• Hands on support for server/ network administration/ telecom equipment and multiple vendor desktops and laptops
• Furthermore you are experienced in Network attached devices, printers, etc.
• Windows 10/ 11 configuration / installation and deployment as well as Office 365
• As well you are desired to expand your knowledge about virtual machines, Linux and Apple iOS support
• You are fluent in English
