For our Technical department in Lommatzsch, we have the following position to be filled:

Technical Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• You will be responsible for the technical management of production and infrastructure of our plant
• You will lead your technical team (30+ people) and take over its deployment planning
• You will ensure smooth operation and coordinate the maintenance of all machines and technical equipment in the plant, including inspection and maintenance work.

• When making investments you will always keep an eye on costs and drive the integration of new plant technology with your organizational skills. - Initial contact with larger investments is desirable

• Based on your experience, you will contribute to the continuous optimization of production processes using suitable management systems and methods such as Lean production, CIP, Six Sigma and 5S

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Degree in engineering or technical training with a qualification in technical business administration training with a qualification as a technical business economist, master craftsman or technician
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with corresponding personnel and budget responsibility (preferably in food production)
• Fluency in English and German languages are required
• Experience in managing 30+ people team (preferably maintenance team)
