Process Engineer (f/m/d)

YOUR MISSION AT FROSTA

As a process engineer, you will support exciting projects and ensure that existing processes are designed more efficiently. The following tasks await you:

• Ensure Quality & Quantity: Collaborate with Product Development (PD) to implement new products into production, ensuring processes are optimized for consistent quality and quantity
• Approve & Maintain Documentation: While Product Development creates the initial documentation, the Process Engineer approves it and takes responsibility for it throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring it remains accurate and up-to-date
• Assess Product Feasibility: Provide feedback to Product Development on product sustainability and feasibility, ensuring alignment with production capabilities
• Share Best Practices: Promote knowledge sharing and apply best practices consistently across production processes to improve efficiency
• Align Technology: Work to align technology and processes across plants for smoother new product adoption
• Implement Lean Improvements: Drive ongoing improvements by integrating Lean principles into standard operating procedures

YOU BRING THESE INGREDIENTS WITH YOU

• Successfully completed studies in the field of production, food technology, business or a comparable qualification
• Experience with the implementation and monitoring of production processes
• Knowledge of the application of quality assurance systems (e.g. HACCP)
• Good analytical skills and a high degree of initiative, solution orientation and communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills and experience in interdisciplinary projects
• Fluent in German and English
