Within our SCM Logistics department, we are looking for an experienced professional with a desire for creative perspectives for our location in Lommatzsch as soon as possible.

Operational Warehouse Lead (w/m/d)

WHAT AWAITS YOU

• As Operational Operations Lead you supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity and shipping.
• You are recruiting, training, and developing warehouse staff to ensure Service Level Agreements end efficiency targets  are met.
• You are monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy and labour productivity, and providing regular reports to management.
• You are ensuring compliance with legal, health and safety regulations and implementing best practices to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff
• You are Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
• You ensure a close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as production, QA, technical support and manage local external service providers.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Professional education in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area
• People management experience is mandatory, experience in leadership in warehouse environment
• Knowledge of our WMS system Prostore.
• You are conceptually strong and have a can do - mentality
• Strong numerical reasoning skills - Capable of managing highly stressful situations
• You have an independent and structured way of working
• You know how to visualize concepts and ideas
