Lean Coach (m/f/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

As a Lean Coach you will enable people to reach their potential, thus optimizing their own performance and the value they add to the organization, additionally cutting down on the wastes and ensuring that the existing processes are made more efficient.

• Before you take on your first tasks as a Lean Coach, you will of course be trained by your colleagues so that you have the right methods and tools at hand.
• Improve operational efficiency and productivity and clarity in organizational vision,
• Conduct projects, workshops and coordinate knowledge transfer together with the Lean Organization,
• Act as a role model and identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement action plans for Lean & Business improvement,
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster a culture of cooperation and Continuous Improvement,
• Develop high standards and promote them through personal example,
• Motivate, train and coach the team in order to achieve operational success.

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• degree in the field of production / technology or similar qualification,
• first experience in the application of lean methods and project management,
• contagious positive energy and willingness to face challenges and deliver better solutions,
• good analytical skills and a high level of self-initiative,
• communicate with clarity and demonstrate excellence in approach to work and people activities,
• hands-on attitude & high level of commitment,
• Good knowledge in English.
