For our IT Administration department  at all locations, we are looking for a reliable colleague (f/m/d) who starts at the earliest possible date as  

IT Application & Lifecycle Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Oversee the lifecycle of SAP and other critical business applications from deployment to decommissioning.
• Implement and manage ITIL-based service management processes, ensuring all IT services meet business requirements and SLAs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of first and second-level support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Plan and execute application upgrades, migrations, and other projects, ensuring timely delivery and minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure the effective delivery of services and resolution of issues.
• Oversee the resolution of incidents and problems, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.

• Maintain open and effective communication with business stakeholders, providing regular updates on service performance and project status.

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT application management, with a strong focus on SAP and service management.
• ITIL certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in SAP and other enterprise application systems; strong understanding of ITIL service management principles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent mentoring and coaching abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex IT projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
