For our department Supply Chain Management at our plant in Bremerhaven, Hamburg or Bydgoszcz we are looking for a Customs Leader (f/m/d) who starts on a permanent basis at the 01.09.2026.

Customs Leader (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Lead and develop the Customs Team across international framework
• Define and drive the FRoSTA Group customs strategy, policies and governance framework
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements
• Ensure harmonized customs processes and compliance standards across all FRoSTA locations
• Manage customs risks, audits and authorizations
• Lead customs audits, authorizations and compliance reviews across the FRoSTA Group
• Provide expert guidance on tariff classification, customs valuation and origin-related matters
• Support business, logistics and supply chain projects from a customs perspective
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of customs processes

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of experience in customs, trade compliance or international logistics
• Good knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures and international trade requirements
• First leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to work effectively across locations, functions and cultures
• Fluent English language skills
