For our People&Culture department at our plant located in Bydgoszcz, we are looking for a People Success Partner who could start at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks: We make the difference together

You will be responsible for:

• recruiting best of the best,
• providing service for our employees,
• administrating employee data in our systems, preparing needed documents,
• supporting trainings and and development of our employees.

Your profile: We appreciate what makes you stand out

• you have a higher education (spec. human resources, psychology, administration and related),
• you have 3 years of experience as HR generalist/HRBP,
• recruiting is satisfying for you and you did it for at least 2 years – preferably mid-/higher level positions,
• if you know SAP/Success Factors, it will be additional advantage
• you speak English communicatively.
