Job Description: 

For our Customer Service department at our Bydgoszcz location, we are looking to fill the following position:

 

Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d)

 

Your tasks: We make the difference together

  • You comprehensively manage the order processing workflow, including creating and processing orders in the system, checking prices and availability, handling required documentation, and monitoring shipment status
  • You review sales documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • You handle urgent orders and customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • You monitor and process returns, claims, and customer complaints
  • You oversee finished goods inventory levels
  • You closely cooperate with internal departments such as Sales, Planning, and Finance

 

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

  • You successfully completed higher education degree
  • You are experienced in customer service or a related field
  • You bring strong communication skills, positive energy, and a proactive, efficient approach to work
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
