The purpose of this role is to:

The job holder is a member of the Digital Transformation Office team (DTO Team) of the whole FRoSTA AG. With this role comes the responsibility to closely cooperate and align activities with all Digital Transformation Office  teammates to develop and successfully execute the strategy and digital strategy of the FRoSTA AG. A key role of all Digital Transformation Office members is to assure that the company vision, mission as well the concrete targets and the strategy is well understood by all respective team members. Our aligned objective is to become “digital champion in the frozen food industry by 2025”

The Business Partner Digital Transformation will be responsible for supporting the Digital Transformation Office, partnering with key stakeholders across the business to support the development of the Change Management strategy and drive initiatives to enable faster adoption across our operating model. This role will support managers and teammates with changes to processes, systems and technology, job roles & responsibilities, capabilities & competencies.

General Program Management Office (PMO) is accountable for providing central expertise, support, and control for an organization's projects/programs including: •Developing program/project management best practices/templates and providing training/mentoring to project teams •Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects •Gathering and reporting consolidated project status and financial information to leadership •In some organizations may serve as a central governing body to review/audit adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timing •In some organizations may provide full staffing and management for the organization's major projects/programs

Main tasks:

Develop and implement communications and training strategies designed to create organizational change.

Collaborate with information technology and digital transformation office personnel to streamline operations and foster awareness of change strategies. Supports Change Leads in design and development of moderate to large enterprise-wide projects, programs.

• Support communication efforts: support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications to all stakeholders and impacted teams globally.

• Assess the change impact: conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders across the entire organization.

• Support training efforts: provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs, including Agile capability building

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum good University Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum of 5-year proven success record in Fast Moving Consumer Good company in the areas of HR or workforce management
• Experience in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Experience in change management and culture change initiatives
• Professional Business English
