Trainee - Sales & Procurement (f/m/d)
For our two-year "Next Generation Trainee Program" we are looking for a motivated and qualified graduate who will grow with us. The program - based in Bremerhaven - is geared towards a long-term collaboration and starts in fall 2023.

Our dish = Your tasks
Work in sales and procurement department allows you to get to know the classic tasks in those areas in cooperation with the Key Account Manager, Product Manager and Sales Support as well as SCM, Purchasing, Product Development or Controlling.
- As a team member, you will have contact across all customer areas (buyers, product managers, assistants) to understand the private label business
- You will deepen your knowledge in comprehensive, international sales projects in the organization, prepare and implement tenders and development of concept ideas based on Nielsen data
- You will be responsible for negotiating best prices and conditions for FRoSTA along with market research for new sources
- You will participate in Risk Management (Finance, Quality, Image) along the whole supply chain and aligning sourcing strategy to company strategy
Your ingrediens = Our success
- A completed master's degree in business administration, e.g. in the field of sales, procurement or comparable
- First practical experience preferably in the form of internships lasting several months and ideally in the FMCG industry
- Willingness to travel, ideally initial experience abroad and required high level of communication skills, also in English
- Openness to accept new challenges and courageous implementation of innovative ideas
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset as well as the ability to inspire and convince
- Very high level of initiative, ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility
