Trainee - IT & Digital business transformation (f/m/d)
For our two-year "Next Generation Trainee Program" we are looking for a motivated and qualified graduate who will grow with us. The program - based in Hamburg, Rom, Bremerhaven or Bydgoszcz - is geared towards a long-term collaboration and starts in fall 2023.

Our dish = Your tasks
Our real food is analog, of course. Our processes are digital. Our Digital Transformation Office(DTO) is the driving force behind the implementation of our digitalization strategy for our entire company. The trainee program involve following tasks:
- Learn to understand the FRoSTA business based on data and process and support optimizing this areas together
- Willingness to learn and curiosity for the coming challenges
- Assistance as lead or member of different initiatives and projects to deliver business improvements and optimization with support of process and technology experts
- Supporting our projects and agile projects across the End-to-End-Value chain
- Motivated to change the status quo and make the difference to support our internal and external partner on our way to digital championship
- Jump into innovation areas, figure out how use them and support our business with data and this new technology
Your ingrediens = Our success
- A completed master's degree in business administration, e.g. in the field of computer science, software engineering, data analytics, computer science, digitalization or comparable
- First practical experience preferably in the form of internships lasting several months and ideally in the FMCG industry
- Willingness to travel, ideally initial experience abroad and required high level of communication skills, also in English
- Openness to accept new challenges and courageous implementation of innovative ideas
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset as well as the ability to inspire and convince
- Very high level of initiative, ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility
