For our Project Management department, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer, Production Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or another technically qualified professional to join our sites in Bremerhaven or Bobenheim-Roxheim at the earliest possible date as:
Project Manager for Production and Technical Operations (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities: Together, We Make the Difference.
With your technical background, you will actively help shape the future of our production sites. Together with our Project Management team, you will take on exciting projects in the areas of production and engineering while continuously optimizing our processes.
- You analyze the current state, monitor financial and operational KPIs to measure process effectiveness, and recommend actions to achieve defined targets.
- You are responsible for the planning and implementation of a wide range of projects, including project leadership and budget management.
- You assemble cross-functional project teams, coordinate resources, and act as the interface between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- You transfer best-practice approaches across our production sites and support local project teams with their implementation.
Your Profile: We Like What Makes You Unique.
- Successfully completed degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in project management or process management within a manufacturing environment, ideally complemented by knowledge of agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Fluent English skills for effective collaboration with all project stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, affinity for working with numbers, and advanced Excel competencies.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to effectively visualize ideas.
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style.
- Willingness to travel regularly between our production sites.
