Process Engineer (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Your focus will be on process optimization in our production to increase efficiency, quality and productivity.
• You assess the feasibility of new product concepts, taking into account available resources and production capabilities.You will then share your analysis results with our product development team.
• You collaborate closely with Product Development and provide recommendations based on your analyses.
• You monitor production processes using relevant data and analyze key performance indicators to ensure high line availability.
• You identify the root causes of malfunctions, bottlenecks, and efficiency losses and drive improvements that establish best practices across our production processes and other FRoSTA sites.
• By maintaining accurate process documentation and master data, you ensure high data quality throughout our production and planning processes.

Your profile: We like what makes you special

• Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Food Technology, or a comparable field.
• Experience in process improvement, Lean Management, and the implementation and optimization of production processes.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., HACCP) and SAP.
• Strong team-working skills and experience in interdisciplinary projects.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive and hands-on approach.
