For our department, we are looking for an Process & Technology Architect (m/f/d) at our location Bremerhaven, starting from 01.10.2025, on a permanent basis.

Process & Technology Architect (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end process and technology architectures that align with the overall business strategy, while ensuring clear communication with all relevant stakeholders    
• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process and system changes  
• Optimising WMS and transferring knowledge to relevant business areas
• Collaborating closely with the business, IT teams, managers, and external consultants to gather requirements and implement them effectively within project scopes
• Leading startegically important projcets in the area of Warehousing / Logistics, ensuring clear stakeholder communication & taking initiative and responsibility to develop business cases and presenting them to the Steering Committee 

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• A university degree in SCM/Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification forms the foundation of your expertise.
• Over the course of your career, you have accumulated at least 3 years of progressively responsible experience.
• End-to-end process knowledge in SCM and Purchasing is part of your professional toolkit.
• Ideally experience with intermodal transports.
• Project management and the optimization of existing processes are areas where your passion truly shines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset characterize your working style.
• Fluency in English enables you to collaborate effectively in international environments.
