For our department Resource Management in Bremerhaven, we are looking for a reliable colleague (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible as

 

Master & Activity Planner (f/m/d)

 

As our Master & Activity Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring a reliable, efficient, and future‑ready supply chain. You’ll work cross-functionally, influence key planning decisions, and actively contribute to process excellence.

 

Your tasks: We make the difference together

  • Mid- and long-term capacity planning, including alignment on production shifts and resource requirements.
  • Managing stock levels of finished goods and balancing supply planning parameters to meet service levels and inventory targets.
  • Coordinating product life cycle activities, ensuring timely phase-ins and cost-effective phase-outs.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for short- and mid-term supply issues, including bottleneck resolution.
  • Monitoring and achieving KPI targets related to capacity utilization, inventory and service levels.
  • Driving continuous improvements in capacity and activity planning processes.

 

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

  • You hold a Degree in Industrial Engineering, (Technical) Business Administration, Logistics, or a similar field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, ideally in FMCG.
  • You are experienced in using ERP (e.g., SAP S4) and supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, APO).
  • You have strong skills in cross-functional communication and coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in German and English; additional knowledge of Polish or Italian is a plus.
  • You are analytical, data-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
