Head of Logistics Operations (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• You develop and implement strategies for cold chain and intralogistics across FRoSTA AG.
• You lead operations in international frozen warehouse facilities.
• You manage inbound logistics for raw materials and outbound distribution to global markets.
• You lead and develop multilevel team of approximately 120 employees, in 4 locations.
• Collaborations with Directors, Managers and Team Leaders across entire organization especially Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial divisions.
• You manage relationships with consultants, logistics service providers and third parties in logistics.
• You drive digital transformation and sustainability initiatives within logistics operations.
• You lead and develop multilevel team of approximately 120 employees.

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• You hold an university degree in supply chain, logistics or similar and have at least 5 years of relevant experience on managerial position in SCM.
• Extensive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, preferably within FMCG or the food industry.
• Strong expertise in warehouse management, transport logistics and process optimisation.
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
• Resilience, flexibility and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, international business environment.
• Fluency in German and English.
