For our Supply Chain Management department at our location in Bremerhaven or Hamburg we are looking for a colleague (f/m/d) who starts as a

 

Demand Planner (f/m/d)

 

Your tasks: We make the difference together

  • Responsibility for demand planning within the brand area and acting as a key driver of S&OP process development
  • Coordination of demand planning processes within your area of responsibility
  • Creation of short‑ and long‑term sales forecasts based on historical data analyses, market trends, and other relevant factors
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Marketing) throughout the demand planning process with a strong focus on results (e.g. opportunities & risks, product lifecycle management)
  • Preparation, facilitation, and documentation of S&OP Demand Review meetings
  • Analysis and understanding of deviations between demand plans, budget, and previous S&OP plans
  • Continuous improvement of sales forecasting processes and methodologies
  • Support of budgeting processes
  • Reporting, analysis preparation, and master data compliance

 

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

  • You hold a university degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
  • Ideally several years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Motivation and a strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel for regular visits to our production sites
