Customs Specialist (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Coordinate all customs‑related activities to ensure compliant and efficient import and export flows
• Oversee customs processes across storage, logistics and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth cooperation with external partners
• Secure timely availability and customs readiness of goods for production sites in Germany and Poland
• Ensure proper documentation, classification and origin analysis in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintain strong governance of customs procedures, leveraging approved simplifications and driving continuous improvement
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing, standardizing and automating customs and trade compliance processes

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• You hold an university degree as logistics, administration, Supply Chain Management or similar qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in customs area and international trade (ideally in importing food products)
• Solid knowledge of customs procedures, including working with customs systems (e.g. ATLAS/DBH version)
• Fluent German and communicative level of English
• Strong communication skills, with a proactive, solution‑oriented and collaborative approach
