For our Quality Assurance department, we are looking for  a food technologist, ecotrophologist, nutritionist or comparable for our team at the Bobenheim-Roxheim site near Mannheim/Worms at the earliest possible date.

Quality Assurance Expert (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Development and implementation of approaches for quality assurance optimization of the entire production chain from the field to the finished product
• Ensuring the correct and timely implementation of the requirements of the IFS and our customers
• Organization of all necessary measures to ensure good manufacturing practices, food safety and compliance with all requirements and to further optimize processes + procedures
• Implementation of hygiene controls and quality assurance measures in production
• Solution-oriented cooperation with colleagues from all FRoSTA plants as well as external contact persons to ensure compliance with quality standards and optimal processes
• Support of the team leader in the implementation of audits as well as training of employees on site
• Participation in exciting projects in the field of food safety, process optimization and digitalization

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Completed studies in the field of food technology, ecotrophology, nutritional sciences or comparable
• Experience in the field of HACCP as well as the requirements of common food standards such as IFS and EU-BIO
• Several years of professional experience in quality control and assurance, quality assurance or quality management in the food industry
• Interest in agile working methods and methods and the expansion of these competencies
• High motivation, personal responsibility and analytical approach
• Open-mindedness towards digital solutions and secure use of MS Office
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
