Accounts Payable Specialist

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

You will responsible for:

posting and processing of purchase invoices (SAP)
verification, processing and posting of business trips and business expenses (SAP Concur)
managing vendor open accounts
participation in projects related to accounts payable and also participation in monthly and yearly closings
providing constant process improvement and sharing good practices

Your skills:

master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
at least 2 years of work experience in accounts payable department in international environment
well-established knowledge in the field of accounting
advanced knowledge of English language, allowing for easy communication (B2/C1)
highly developed time management skills
ability to work in a team, also dispersed
ability to adapt to the dynamically changing work environment
knowledge of German or Italian will be an advantage
